Dreamwork for Yourself: A self-guided journey
Welcome to a whole new world of ways to engage with your dreams.
This experiential course will take you on a journey deeper into your inner world via the fascinating landscape of your dreams. The series of prompts are designed to give you a variety of ways to delve deeper into your dreams — from journalling to finding support within the dream or even learning to become awake within the dream itself.
Course Content
Many of us are experiencing dreams that are more frequent, realistic and intense during this global pandemic. This makes sense because our dreams help us regulate our emotions, and we are all experiencing varying degrees of heightened anxiety, stress and worry right now.
When we work with our dreams, we can augment the helpful processing that the dreams themselves have begun. When we attend to our dreams, we befriend them and make them an ally. We begin to see that they are picturing our concerns in images, and that as we tend these images, our feelings are metabolized.
This course leads you in a logical sequence through a process of getting to know and engage constructively with your dreams. Former students have been amazed with how much they were able to glean from their own dreams using the methods introduced in this course.

The course is presented as a simple, engaging set of personal dreamwork prompts for you to follow at your leisure. The prompts are brief, friendly and include examples. Your questions are also welcome!
